Question
I was convicted of my one and only felony, theft of govt property, in California in 2002.  I am in Washington state now, having served my sentence and 3 years probation.  What are the requirements to restore my voting and 2nd ammendment rights? Id appreciate getting pointed in the right direction.

Answer
If this is a Federal conviction the only thing you can do is apply for a Presidential Pardon..  If for some strange reason you had a state conviction on this you need to apply for restoration of rights through your Parole or Probation Dept. Every state is different some states have executive clemency boards.
