They indited me for trying to purchase a gun from a pawnshop.I have a misdemeanor domestic violence in 06 but never was advise not to bare firearms got court tape from my domestic violence case no proof nor my probation file but could i still end up doing time or what all they have is me putting no a application stating i have no being convicted of domestic violence
