Question
22 years ago i had a felony aggravated criminal damage to property arrest with no convictions and 21 yrs ago i was charged with domestic arrest and 20 yrs ago i was charged with domestic arrest, and was denied a gun permit to conceal and carry in the state of minnesota, will i ever be able to get this permit? what should i do?

Answer
You will not get a gun permit with a domestic violence conviction until you get full restoration of rights for all convictions.  You have to get the restoration of rights from the state and or court where you was convicted and it must not state that you can't own, transport, purchase or receive firearms.
