5th DUI= sentence was 6 months jail, 2 years probation. What is the process to restore my hunting and gun rights in the state of Wisconsin? Also can I Bow hunt now? Who do I contact?

I don't have any facts on Bow's and hunting only firearm rights, CCW and restoration of rights.  I don't know if these DUI's are felonies in your state or not but if they are you must apply for restoration of rights through your Parole/Probation Dept. in the state you was convicted.  If they are misdemeanors the federal law does not ban you from firearms but your state may not issue you a CCW Permit based on your convictions of 5 DUI's. That is one of the questions on the permit applications do you have a problem with drugs and or alcohol.
