Answer
For openers, less lazy typing on your part (try using punctuation and capital letters where appropriate) would make your inquiry exponentially easier to read and understand.

If you not allowed to purchase a firearm after completing an ATF Form 4473, and the FBI "Instant Check" procedure issues you a "Denial," you may submit a request to appeal that denial.

The provisions for appeals are outlined by the NICS Regulations at Title 28, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 25.10, and Subsection 103 (f) and (g) and Section 104 of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act.

This is fully explained at http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/nics/nicsappeals.htm

If as you assert your Class D Felony (bribery) was later reduced to a Class A Misdemeanor, you're going to need a court-certified record of the disposition of that case as part of your appeal.

There, see how much more readable things are with punctuation and proper capitalization?

G'luck to you.

I can answer questions about Handguns, Rifles, Ammunition, the Firearms Industry, the "gunzine game," practical accessories for self-defense (CCW) handguns; rumor control on firearms myths, errata on the "gunshop grapevine."

I am NOT an Attorney, and nothing I provide here should be relied upon as legal advice. Therefore, please do NOT make inquiries about Criminal Justice issues... this is the Second Amendment topic.

Nor do I do "Private Consultations." Want to made it "private," retain an attorney.
