Question
I was convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence in 12/2000 in Nevada.  I
have no other arrests before or since.  Enough time has passed that I can get my
records sealed, but my question is will this be enough to restore my rights?
Nevada seals records but it doesn't expunge. Will this be enough?

Answer
If your records are sealed then it should not show up on the FBI fingerprint database.  You should be cleared to purchase firearms and qualify for a CCW Permit.  Now for some reason it shows up that means that Nevado did not seal your records.

Good Luck
