Question
i have a felony conviction 6yrs ago in Pennsylvania for agg.assult it was a bar
fight that went wrong. I still bow hunt but was told recently that I can use a in
line muzzle loader legally during the firearms season. Is it legal for me to
posses this type of weapon?
If this weapon is considered a firearm then you are restricted from possessing it. I heard that a muzzle loader did not need a NICS check to purchase I'm not familiar with them so I'm not sure.
Why don't you get restoration of rights from PA and you can have any weapon you wish.
