Question
i am currently on parole in Missouri,is the restoration of 2nd amendment rights process for convicted felons the same in every state? Whats my first step upon release from parole?

Answer
You will have to find out who handles restoration of rights in your State. It may be the Dept. of Parole/ Probation, Executive Clemency Board or the state courts.  Some states require a minimum time after release from any supervision before you can apply for restoration of rights. Remember restoration of rights must have no restrictions in order for you to get firearm rights restored.
