what do i need to do to restore my right in VA to bear arms? i wes convicted of B@E and grand larson in 1996, done my time and been out incaration sence 00. and now no convictions sence.

You must submit an application for Virginia Executive Clemency.  You can get the application online just google Virginia Executive Clemency and it should pop up.  You will be corresponding with Supervisor Womack.  This process takes about six months, after you receive the Executive Clemency Certificate you will be free to search for jobs without being discriminated against for your offense.  You will have to go to the county court with your Certificate to receive firearm restoration because the Executive Clemency Board is the first step in that process.  Your Certificate will have firearm restrictions.
