Question
I live in Kentucky. 20 years ago I had a felony charge of defrauding a secured creditor ( missed 2 car payments )They kept me in jail in a small town until I plead guilty. Anyway my question is  how much trouble would it be with legal rep. to get my gun rights back ?  What are the odds ?And any sugestions on a attorney for this case. I am in far western Ky.

Answer
Mike,

Thanks for asking. Since the charge occurred a long time ago, and with it being a non violent charge, you should have no trouble with the restoration of gun rights.

I would recommend looking at this website for possible legal help.

Good luck Mike, as I hope you can get your gun rights restored.
