I was convicted of a felony in Florida as a juvenile, and would like to purchase a handgun now. I am now 21 and still live in Florida. Is this possible?
Is what possible? Purchasing a handgun as a convicted felon?
Highly unlikely!
Fourteen, 18, 21 or 45… you're still a convicted felon and not eligible to possess a firearm without a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities.
Suggest that you consult with an attorney or your parole or probation officer.
