Question
What is the law in the State of Ohio (City of Doylestown) for a convicted Felon
to own a gun. To be more exact a 5 time convicted felon. The Felony's came
from 3 different counties and happened at the age of 18. They were for theft
and robbery neither of them were armed. No drug problems and no other law
violations. Can they own a gun? Can they live in the same house as a person
that owns guns? Can they even be in the same room with a person shooting a
gun? Not deer hunting, just range shooting?

Answer
Forget about it that persons firearm days are over forever, they can't live in the same house as a firearm owner nor can they hunt or go to the firing range legally.  That is a Federal law 18. U.S.C 922.  I don't even think they will be approved for firearm restoation of rights with 5 felonies especially violent ones. 18 years old is an adult so the Juvenile excuse will not work.
