2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/expungment

Question
I had 2 felonies expunged (In California) that I had committed in 1994. I did not do felony to misdemeanor to expunge but went straight to expunge. If I had would I have been able to have my right to bare arms restored or is a pardon the only coarse. I am in the security field in Las Vegas.

Answer
Michael,

Thanks for asking. From what I understand a pardon is your only option since you went from felony to expungement instead of felony to misdemeanor.

However to be sure I recommend that you contact legal help in this matter.

I assume that you are in unarmed security?

Best regards,

Dan
