Question
I had a conviction in 02 for conspiracy to deliver. I was with a person. I served time and completed all supervision. I have had no trouble, church board trustee, volenteer, and would like to hunt again do I have a chance?

Answer
Mike,

Thanks for asking. If your conviction was a felony, Federal law says that you may not own, carry or possess a firearm. If your conviction was not a felony, than your chances are a lot better. At any rate, there are available pardons that expunge your record. I would recommend asking a legal representative about your specific case.
