2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/How can I get my right restored

QuestionHello, one year ago during an argument with my wife she called the police to report me as having said that i would harm myself. The police "removed" my firearms for safety.
I went to court to get them returned, the judge said that the call and time spent in a "hospital" are not to be considered in this case due to finding both to be done under false pretense.(wife was very mad) the judge however would not return them because of the way they where stored.(no children in the house) I was even told that the letter that a doctor wrote was not right even though the state in their own words say that a letter from a doctor is what you should bring to court. not to mention that i have had a carry permit in CT for over 15 years. so to put into one sentence,a somerset judge went against me because he did not like the way a firearm was stored. can he do that?
AnswerSorry that is not a question for me to answer you need the assistance of an Attorney. Also, your question is not clear can he do what? Can he keep your firearms? Yes Did he revoke your permit? I'm not sure what you are asking but it seems you need an Atorney especially when it comes to dealing with a Judge diectly.
Good Luck
