Question
Hello, and thanks for your answer.
I was convicted of felony DUI in 2005. My probation is up in Nov of this year.
Am I able to hunt with an inline muzzle loader here in the state of CA? I know Ca goes under Fed guidelines, I'm not sure if a modern muzzleloader is considered an antique.

Answer
Hello, too.

For the umpteenth time, I am not an attorney, and do not dispense legal advice.

This isn't a Second Amendment issue, it is a Criminal one.

The proper venue for your inquiry would be your state capital of Sacramento.

And get the answer in writing.

G'luck.

Expertise

I can answer questions about Handguns, Rifles, Ammunition, the Firearms Industry, the "gunzine game," practical accessories for self-defense (CCW) handguns; rumor control on firearms myths, errata on the "gunshop grapevine."

I am NOT an Attorney, and nothing I provide here should be relied upon as legal advice. Therefore, please do NOT make inquiries about Criminal Justice issues... this is the Second Amendment topic.

Nor do I do "Private Consultations." Want to made it "private," retain an attorney.
