Question
As a juvenile, I had a few criminal cases, but they were all dropped to misdemeanor charges.. I was also adjudicated delinquent for gun charges that were dropped to misdemeanor charges. I have no felonies. I live in Pennsylvania. Will any of this affect my 2nd Amendment rights?

Answer
Juvenile and Misdemeanors (except for domestic violence) will not ban you from owning, possessing or transporting any firearms.  Apply for a PA firearm permit and see if you pass the NICS check.  PA may have some local laws that may prevent you from getting a firearm in PA until you get restoration of rights.  As far as the Federal Laws are concerned you are not banned from firearms ownership.  But if I was you I would always have a firearm permit before I allow myself to be stopped by any Law Enforcement Officer while carrying a firearm.

Good Luck
