2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/restore rights in PA ?

Question
Hello..  I currently have lived in Pennsylvania since Feb 1997.

In 1994 I was arrested for a non violent "white-collar" type computer crime in Washington St.  Was convicted of a felony in early 1995.  Served 13ish months in federal detention.

Since my release, I have had a sparkling credit report, my bank records are all in complete order, I have been gainfully employed, graduated college, applied and received my right to vote, and only had 1 speeding ticket in New Jersey.

I have never applied for a state or presidential pardon...  Is it at all possible to restore my rights to bear arms?

thanks for your comments and help
Rachael

Answer
As of now the only way you can have your firearm rights restored is through a Presidential Pardon.  ATF claims to have no budget for processing Restoration of Rights for Federal Convictions.  Your State can't give you firearm restoration of rights for a Federal Conviction.

GOOD LUCK
