If i apply for a non-resident Florida or Utha CCW license will my juvenile drug charge be used againt me.

Thanks for contacting me about this. If your juvenile drug charge was a felony conviction, then yes, you will not be able to obtain a CCW license.

Some states offer pardons for this type of situation. I would recommend checking with a legal representative to check your options.
