I'm getting off probation after 10 years for intoxication manslaughter..state crime Texas felony
how do i get my right to keep a gun in my house again?
Firearm restoration of rights for Manslaughter and Homicides are in the violent crime category, also you have not been off probation for 5 years so your restoration of rights will be denied. You have to prove your law abiding citizen status all over again after the release of any supervision.
