Question
When I was 18 and still stupid I did some bad stuff so was convicted of Theft and Possession of stolen property in Washington State both felonies and then I was convicted less then 6 months in Tennesse for worthless check a felony.   Now for past 4 years I was living in Virginia and applied with the Governors office of Virginia for Restoration of Rights and was approved but now live in Las Vegas, NV will Nevada honor the clemancy from virginia or will I have to reapply in Nevada or would Nevada actually make me apply through Washington and Tennessee?

Answer
You have to apply in Washington and Tennessee because they are the states that you were convicted in.  Virginia is a state that will allow out of town felons to have their rights restored in Virginia.  Every state does not do that. (Hurray for Virginia) Florida does it also.  Certain jobs may honor your Executive Clemency from Virginia but they dont have to.

Good Luck
