Hi my name is terrell R watson II
I live in Florida All My life
I was arrested as a juvenile for for a Drug charge i was 17
i did all my probation and all That and I was told when i turn 18 my record was gonna be clean but i cant vote or own a firearm im now 28 years old with a family i have filled out papers and sent them to the state of florida to get my rights restored they say there back logged but iv sent them 3 times in the last 3 years and stll no reply i tryed to buy a hunting rifel for my dad about 7 years ago for christmas gift and was turnd away  i have not tryed since then i have called the florida ATF office and the florida FBI office they said that i have to wait 9 years affter the end date of my probation well its been over 10 years since the end of my probation but know one will help me i have tryed every thing i can think of if you can tell what i need to do  or point me in the right direction any help is needed thanks for your help

I am sorry for your difficult time concerning this matter. After getting the run around from Florida with no results, I recommend obtaining legal assistance to file for your rights. By getting professional help they would be more likely to respond.
