I'm a felon. Sexual abuse,  covicted in 2001 im not on parole or probation I
am living with relatives that have guns in the house is this ok they are
registered in there names and he has a foid card

I do know that Federal law prohibits convicted felons from owning or possessing firearms.

In some states pardons are considered for convicted felons. This is another reason that you should contact a legal representative.
