Question
After some combing thru the questions and answers on this issue,I've seen yeah's and nay's.Simply put,in the State of Arkansas,Can a convicted felon reside in a home with firearms that were legally owned by his/her legal spouse before marriage???What constitutes "Possession" of said firearms?

Answer
Steven,

Thanks for asking. You had best ask an Arkansas attorney, about this matter to be certain.

The felon cannot even get close to the firearms even if the spouse has a clean record.  Possession means just that: Felons cannot possess a firearm.
