Question
I received a general Court Martial conviction with no confinement only a bad conduct discharge. Is this still considered a felony?
Am I allowed to possess firearms (handguns)?
I have a concealed weapon permit currently and have 2 handguns.
The charge convicted of is not a felony in the state of Florida which is where I am living now.

Does this really seem like a Second Amendment question to you?

Isn't it actually a Criminal Justice question?

If you're really all that concerned about your situation, why don't you write to Tallahassee and ask the Florida Attorney General of Superintendent of State Police if you somehow slipped through the cracks when you obtained your Concealed Weapons Permit, but can you still keep your handguns.

That would be the "right" thing to do if you're a good citizen, don't you think?
