I was convicted in Florida of 2 non-violent 2nd degree felonies. I was sentenced as a youthful offender(i was only 17) Will i ever be able to get my right to own a gun back? If not, can my wife own a gun?
You will have to apply for Florida executive clemency. Download the applications on their website, One for executive clemency and the other for firearm restoration of rights. It will take about 2 years to receive an answer so be prepared to wait.
