Question
I am located in Michigan.  I would like to be able to own my own hand gun. In addition to a CCW permit.   Will having been convicted of a Felony in Michgian over 23 years ago prohibit me from being able to purchase a hand gun.  I have not been in any trouble since those younger years of around 19 years old.

Even though there's no question here, you are a convicted felon. You cannot possess any firearm, much less a handgun.
