Hello,   
I was wondering if juvenile records are used to determine if an adult can purchase a handgun in the State of Pennsylvania. Specifically, if someone was 302'd (involuntary commitment to a mental institution) by their parents (not a court) at age fifteen, will that affect their ability to buy a handgun? If it does, can one get 302's removed or pardoned from their record? Looking forward to your response.
