Question
I seen on TV not long ago that out of state carry permits were going to be good in any state, now I dont know if this law was passed or not ,,can you tell me?? and how can I keep updated with this kind of information,,thank you for youre time

Answer
There have been various bills introduced into the United States Congress that would require states to recognize concealed carry licenses from other states, and some of these bills are pending now. However, such legislation has not yet been enacted.

One of the best ways to keep updated with this kind of information is to join the National Rifle Association. With membership comes a subscription to one of three NRA magazines, each of which contains reports on gun legislation. You may also subscribe to email updates from the NRA Institute for Legislative Action for more timely information on gun laws and legislation.
