My husband and I would like to purchase an over/under rifle.  We want to know if we have to fill out any paperwork in order to do that?  We are currently residing in Texas.  Thank you.

Yes, it's called a Form 4473.

But this isn't a Second Amendment question is it, Barbara?

Did you actually expect someone here to help you break the law? That's not only wrong, buy stupid in the extreme! This is a public forum, you idiot! (Yeah, that's rude! The previous response wasn't!)

You are also ignorant of what a Form 4473 is, and how it is used.

If you really, REALLY want to protect your Second Amendment Rights, start by electing better representatives and get active politically.
