Question
I live in Neopit WI. Menominee Reservation. I live in a tribal housing & my boyfriend brought his MUZZEL LOADER(PERCUSSION GUN) 2 my home & In my lease it says no firearms are allowed in or near my home because he brought it I could lose my home. so my question is does this 2nd amendment apply to me & if they were going to evict me can I use this 2nd amendment in court?????
Hi Ashley,
Your boyfriend violated the terms of the lease. You may get evicted if the lease holder finds out about it. If you are summoned to court, you can plea the second amendment as you right to have firearms. If this all happens then you may need the services of legal help.
