Question
I have a dui (non-violent, no crash or anything, first time ever in trouble with law) conviction. I know it is a misdemeanor but how will it affect my purchase of firearms in Florida. I still have my concealed carry permit from the state of Florida. So can I still purchase in Florida or do I have get some sort of reinstatement form?
