Question
I was convicted of CSD 1st and 2nd degree in MN in 1995.  I was given a stay of 10years where the felony would drop to a misdemeanor with no other problems.  I now live in WI, and was wondering if I am elegible to hunt in WI?  Or where I could go to find out?

Answer
David,

IMHO, if your felony was reduced to a misdemeanor, and it was not drug, violence or mental instability related then you should be able to hunt in Wisconsin or any other state too.

To be sure I would ask for legal assistance from a local law firm.
