I had a felony Class D for MP2, my lifetime sportsman license was not revoked, and I have rifles and shotguns and would like to hunt again someday, is there any way for me to restore the right to possess my firearms?

Answer
#1: I don't "do" Private on a public forum where we all serve pro bono publico. Want "private?" Consult an attorney and pay the fee.

#2: This has nothing to do with the Second Amendment. It's  Criminal Justice matter.

#3: If you were convicted of a Felony, in most states you would have no right to continue to have those "rifles and shotguns." Therefore you are probably a Felon in Possession, but I don't know what state you are in or what your circumstances are.
