Question
In the state of Indiana can a convicted felon purchase a rifle or shot gun and if not how can you go about getting yor rights back admended

Thanks for asking. No convicted felon can purchase firearms, whether they are rifle, shotgun or handgun. Federal Law prohibits felony weapon possession. You would need to see a legal rep and ask them to file for a pardon or expungement to clear your record.
