Question
I plead guilty to a misdemeanor domestic violence charge here in the state of California in July 2001. Is it possible to get my 2nd amendment rights reinstated?

Thanks for asking. Yes it is possible even thought the DV charge is of a violent nature. You will need legal help to file for expungement or pardon to clear your record.
This enable you to possess a gun under federal law too.
