Question
Sir,
I was convicted of a DUI, just over one year ago.Was pulled over for not signaling a lane change. I have no prior arrest/motor vehicle violations in the past 30+ years.
I was forced to surrender my CCW to the Las Vegas sherrif's dept.
The mandatory wait for reinstatement is 5 years.I am 62.
Are there legal avenues to reinsatement, or is this decision cast in stone?

For that, you should consult an attorney and pay his or her fee… and in this instance, you would need to consult an attorney familiar with Nevada gun laws and the Criminal Justice system in that state.
