Question
is it a violation of our 2nd amendment rights that erie county imposses more regulations on a carry permit. when all neigboring counties do not? if so how?

This country has been violating our second amendment rights all over not just Erie County.  Remember DC just got their rights to carry in 2008,  Illinois is still in violation.  Only Vermont is in touch with our second amendment rights.  NY allows each county to do their own firearm ruling.  Just like they allow NYC to do their own ruling on who can and cannot receive a permit.  The federal Goverment refuses to get involved unless they find someone with a permit and they feel it's in violation of federal codes.
