Question
I was convicted of a misdemeanor of poss. of marijuana (Less than 20g) in 2002 with adjudication withheld. I was convicted of manslaughter (car accident involving death, no alcohol or drugs involved) in 2003. I received youthful offender and adjudication withheld on this charge as well.  I now live in Colorado, am I able to purchase a handgun or rifle?

How is this a Second Amendment question?

This is a Criminal Justice question, #1, and, #2, why would you ask here instead of your parole officer or criminal attorney?!? Are you actually going to risk jail time on something you are told on-line?!?

If anything, it shows that you haven't learned much about laws and the legal system.
