2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/Utah CCW background check

Question
I bought a handgun 2-months ago in Utah and passed the background check.I want to apply for a Utah ccw permit. I have a misdemeanor dui conviction in 1986 in California.
On the Utah website it said that you could not have been convicted of any offenses involving the use of alcohol.Would they deny my ccw permit for a dui that is 22-years old.

How is this a Second Amendment question???
But I believe that you've answered your own question, Dave.
A: You have a DUI conviction and the "I" part means "influence" or "intoxication."
B: The State of Utah CCW requirements state that you can not have been convicted of any offenses involving the use of alcohol.
Since you have been convicted of an alcohol-related offense, you're not eligible for a "CCW Permit" in Utah, right?
See how easy that was?
O, and before you come back and ask something silly like, "Would Utah know about a 22-years old DUI conviction in California?," let me ask you this: did they have computers in 1986?
