Question
mr firriolo will i be allowd to hunt with a bow or muzzleloader  or ever get my gun rights back i took aplea but havent been to federal court yet still have 11 hunting guns in my home

Answer
If you have been convicted of a felony in federal court, you are a prohibited person and may not possess firearms or ammunition. This does not prohibit you from possessing a bow or traditional muzzleloader under federal law. However, state laws and hunting regulations may differ (and you don't say which state(s) you're interested in), so you need to check your local laws to be sure.

Somebody still in possession of firearms or ammunition after being convicted of a federal felony may be committing a crime of being a felon in possession.
