Question
I was convicted of a felony for third degree burglary in Clinton Co. Kentucky non gun related in 2002. I had not been in trouble prior to the crime and have not been in trouble since. I enjoy hunting and want to do so with my three boys. is it possible to get my gun rights restoered?

Answer
Yes, you will have to apply for full restoration of rights in Kentucky.  That will be done be either applying for a pardon, expungement or a certificate of relief/rehabilitation.  Every state has a different process you may have to go to the court where you was convicted or the parole Dept. to inquire how it's done.

Good Luck
