2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/gun rights restoration

Question
About a year ago I was granted a Certificate of Civil Rights Restoration from Florida related to a no-contest-plea, non-violent, 3rd degree felony conviction 3yrs ago. It, however, specifically stated that gun use or possession was NOT being granted. How can I pursue my firearm restoration right and the C/CW permit I lost from that conviction?
Note: Florida's current Governor has enacted measures aimed at stream-lining and expediting the CR/Restor process.

Answer
You have to fill out the firearm restoration form which is different from the form you mailed in.  If you go to their website you should find it.  If not you will have to call the Florida Executive Clemency Board and have them mail you one.  It's up to the Governor to approve it or not.
