Question
i had all rights under the constitution restored except my gun rights  no guns were involed and i served my 2 years  and 2 years supervised provation and restricted for 2 years never to leave state and report 3 times a week and visted a mental doctor 5 times a week all was on my own now its been over ten years do i get my gun rights back

Answer
No, if you have a felony conviction you are restricted from firearms,  And you are also banned because you have been seen by a mental health Doctor.  You have to receive full restoraton of rights meaning no restrictions. You have the mental health case so even if you received restoration of righs for the felony then you are still banned for the mental health reasons.  You would have to also have a mental health doctor write a statement that you are not a risk to the public and you are in good mental health to own, possess, transport and purchase firearms.
