Question
As a juvenile in KS I was charged with robbery which as far as I knew was sealed once an adult after a few years I was pulled over with a firearm and given a felony possession of a firearm w/in 5yrs It was NOT federal and I have done my probation waited my time and had it expunged can I own firearms again

Answer
If your conviction is expunged yes you can own a firearm but you have to first apply and receive a firearm permit.  If you are caught carrying a firearm without a permit you will have another conviction to deal with.  So if you have the proof of expungement apply for your permit.

Good Luck
