Question
In the U.S. are all states required to abide by the 2nd amendment of the constitution?

Answer
They were orignally suppose to abide by the 2nd amendment, but as the years went by and the crime rate got higher they found ways to violate our 2nd amendment rights through passing laws. Each state has new laws that violate our rights in some way or another.
