2nd Amendment and Right to Bear Arms/Buying a shotgun in AZ

Question
I understand that as a California resident, I may only buy a handgun in CA.  Is the same true for rifles and shotguns? I thought that since there was no waiting period, I could purchase one in Arizona.  If I can't purchase one without an AZ driver's license, may I have my brother buy it for me?

Answer
No one is allowed to do a straw purchase anymore, thanks to NYC Mayor Bloomberg SB. There may be a difference in the purchase of rifles and handguns, it varies from state to state.  You can just call one of the local gun stores they should be able to give you a solid answer for their state. I know the answer is no in NY and Virginia.
