Eight yrs ago i was convicted of a d felony/fraud. several yrs before that i had a gun permit. they never revoked my gun permit. am i still allowed to obtain a gun permit in the stata of indiana

Thanks for asking. If they never revoked your gun permit after your felony/fraud conviction then, I would say yes.

However if the felony is still on your record, chances are you will not get it once they run the background check.
