Question
I am a non-violent ex-felon born,raised,and living in Florida.Our Governor Charlie Christ recently pushed through the automatic restoration of civil rights for nonviolent felony offenders.How would I go about finding out whether or not my rights have been officially restored as of yet? Thank you for your time, Ramin.

Answer
Restoration of rights are not automatic you have to apply for it.  Florida Exucutive Clemency Board does that.  If your conviction is non-violent you will definately receive restoraton of rights but you still have to apply for firearm rights seperately.
