Question
i was convicted of one drug felony for drugs and one felony
for theft as a juvenile at sixteen in Texas and i was
wondering if i  can own a firearm and get my concealed
weapons license as an adult

Answer
As far as federal law is concerned you are cleared to own a firearm as long as you was not tried as an adult.  But each state have additional laws and in Texas if convicted 16 years old and above you must get Executive Clemency from Texas Board of Pardons and Parole.  Do a search online you can download an application and instructions for firearm restoration of rights.  You are now restricted from firearms in the state of Texas until you receive executive clemency to possess, own, purchase and transport firearms.
